Hand-finished Tuscan calfskin gives the Lucca a visible open grain, tonal variation and edges that look slightly worn from the start. Thick rounded padding and large backstitched seams give it the character of older handmade Italian straps. The profile is substantial but still soft and flexible.

Material & feel

The strap is crafted from full grain Tuscan calfskin that is vegetable-tanned and vat-dyed using traditional methods. The leather is hand-finished to create a natural patinated surface with gentle tonal variation. This finishing process preserves the character of the calfskin while maintaining a smooth, refined texture.

The underside is lined with Hirsch OysterGlove Supersoft leather, which is supple, hypoallergenic, and comfortable against the skin. The strap is fitted with a Hirsch-branded polished stainless steel buckle.

Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, rinse briefly under lukewarm water and allow to air dry fully. Avoid prolonged soaking, cleaners or conditioners.
