Returns & Exchanges

Holben’s accepts returns or exchanges of unused, undamaged watch straps and accessories within 30 days of purchase. To ensure an item remains eligible for return, please confirm suitability before fastening it to your watch or wrist.

Before sending a return

We do not require RMA numbers. Please contact us before sending any return or exchange so we can provide the correct instructions and ensure it is processed properly.

Condition requirements

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging (bags, tags, cases, etc.) must be included and unaltered.
• Items that have been worn, resized, damaged, or otherwise modified cannot be accepted.

Watch straps are made from porous materials such as leather, rubber, and textiles. These materials can absorb environmental odors even without visible wear. For this reason, items with noticeable scents, including fragrance, smoke, or other household or environmental odors, are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a strap in truly new condition.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and require contacting us before a return is sent.

Packaging and shipping

• Returns must be packed in a padded envelope or small box.
• Do not use a standard letter envelope, as items can be damaged or destroyed by postal sorting machines.
• Ship via USPS with tracking.
• Couriers such as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide instructions before sending your item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We issue refunds immediately after receiving the return, but banks typically take 3–5 business days to post them. In some cases it can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return address

Please include a note with your name, date of purchase, and reason for return.
