Shipping Information

Orders are processed promptly and all shipments include tracking. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Orders placed by 2:00pm Pacific Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we do not guarantee weekend shipping, orders may ship on Saturdays when operationally feasible.

USPS tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

USPS services are available for APO/FPO addresses. Transit times may vary.

International

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Holben’s Fine Watch Bands does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot control customs processing times.
