Shipping Information

Orders are processed promptly and all shipments include tracking. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If you did not receive an order or shipping confirmation, see what to do if your confirmation email is missing.

Orders placed by 2:00 pm Pacific Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we do not guarantee weekend shipping, orders may ship on Saturdays when operationally feasible.

Transit times begin after the order ships and do not include order processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to resend. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

USPS services are available for APO/FPO addresses. Transit times may vary.

International

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Holben’s Fine Watch Bands does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot control customs processing times.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and may not be eligible for modification once submitted. Orders canceled after payment has been processed may be subject to a fee of up to 3.2% to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Accounts with a pattern of repeated order cancellations may be restricted from placing future orders.
