This is my first Molequin Saffiano strap and i'm digging it. It's elegant, soft, and supple; didn't need any break in time, felt great on wrist immediately. The quick release feature made it a breeze to swap in. Shout out to Holben for the super fast shipping, greatly appreciated. If you have been contemplating on getting a Molequin Saffiano strap, I would encourage you to treat your self by doing so.
I’m new to the watch community. I decided to start my collection on a budget with a Timex Weekender and wanted a leather strap to replace the fabric version and make my first timepiece a little more professional. I ordered a Fluco Casablanca in Whiskey Leather and loved the color. But due to some kind of manufacturing error, the slit housing the quick-release toggle was cut too closely to the edge of the strap, and when my wrist brushed against a doorpost at work, the strap tore and my watch fell to the ground. I emailed Holben’s, received a response within hours, and was sent a brand-new strap free of charge. I’ve been using this strap for four months now and have noticed no issues. In fact, it's improved with age. Holben’s sells great products and stands behind them. I look forward to many more purchases as I grow my collection!
This thing is incredibly comfortable. The material used is breathable, and high quality. Very pleased with my purchase
Fluco makes good quality bands at an affordable price. This Consul strap is matte and very smooth. The short size fits well for a wrist 6 inches and under. The quality of the leather feels okay, not great, and maybe for a similar price or a little more, one can attain a strap that’s a bit nicer. For the relatively inexpensive price of the Consul, it’s not a bad choice though for this style. There is a some adhesive showing on the edge and the underside of mine says “Juwel” rather than “Consul” as in the product photo. Great service, communication and shipping from Holben’s as usual. Thank you
The Nizza is one of the most comfortable straps I’ve worn. It’s soft and flexible but robust and doesn’t feel weak or delicate. The short length fits okay for a wrist 6 inches or under but could be even shorter or use another hole or two for a more preferred fit. Fluco and Holben’s haven’t disappointed me yet. Thank you
It’s a nice strap that I can recommend. The short size works well for a wrist 6 inches or under. The leather is good quality - smells nice, color is pleasant, and I believe it will develop an interesting patina after conditioning it. Service and shipping from Holben’s was superb. They are a top vendor of quality watch straps. Thank you
Handmade Fluco straps are worth every dime. Cheap is never quality. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. If you want a cheap strap, then holbens is not the place for you. But if you want a strap of quality craftsmanship, that will last a lifetime, then Holbens is the place to get your strap.
This watch band was exactly what I was looking for! It looks and feels great, though it will of course still need to stand the test of time. I’m definitely interested now in picking up another watch band at some point from ColaReb.
This is my second strap from this company. I love the integration of the steel and find it easy to put on. I absolutely would buy from Erika again.
I purchased this Eulit perlon band to replace the original canvas & leather band on my Seiko solar field watch. The original band was very thick and hot, so the watch sat in the box during spring & summer months. I decided to upgrade to a breathable perlon strap and now I enjoy this watch even on the hottest of days . These are great bands & Holben's shipped out to me very promptly. Now I love my watch !!
Very happy with the value presented in this Fluco Strap and I think it pairs well with my GS. Better than the black that came with it. Though as another reviewer previously noted it arrived with a much lighter color than expected; more natural than cognac. I'll give it some time to see if it darkens on its own (it seems to be already) but may try a conditioner as suggested by the same reviewer. It's also a bit stiff but that should improve with time as well. Overall I doubt I could find anything better at this price. Shipping was very quick too.
I recently paired the Fluco Biarritz Green Goatskin Leather Strap (18mm) with my Nomos Club, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I attached it, the strap elevated the entire look of the watch. The green tone is subtle yet distinctive—muted enough to be versatile, but with just enough personality to draw the eye. The natural texture of the goatskin feels soft yet sturdy, giving it an immediate comfort on the wrist without any break-in period.
The craftsmanship is excellent: tight, even stitching in contrasting white complements the Club’s dial design, while the padding and taper give it a refined profile. I especially appreciate how the polished lugs and the silver case harmonize with the cool green strap for a clean, modern aesthetic.
It’s rare to find a strap that enhances both the visual and tactile experience of a watch so perfectly, but the Fluco Biarritz achieves just that. I’d call this pairing an absolute win.
Excellent value strap for the money. Only downside is that i do wish there were more holes to fit smaller wrists. I was able to go down to the smallest hole for my 6" wrist but it's a bit loose.
The Spoleto Swamp has always been a favorite of mine. Bonus points for the fast shipping!
Yet another high quality, well priced strap from Fluco. The weave on this is fantastic, the hard wear has a nice brush to it, my only con is it could have been a bit longer. I think it looks great on my Hanhart 417ES.
The anthracite Tropic is perfect on my Sinn 857. I needed something to handle the humidity but still look smart enough for everyday wear. I thought the black would be a little too on the nose so I went with the grey. It goes surprisingly well with the tegimented case. It wears comfortably, but the spacing between the holes is a bit more spread out than your normal strap (not a deal breaker for me but should be stated). Great strap, would highly recommend.
This watch band is a bright blue band not a light one as the website shows, but it is beautiful and well made. It was easy to put on my watch and easy to remove as well. Worth the money for sure. I haven’t had it long but I hope it lasts for many more years to come. It was a good price as well. Go ahead and buy it you will not be disappointed. I believe it could work for a man or woman as the blue is the right color of blue. Soft to the touch and my skin has not broke out from the band so this is real leather as I have sensitive skin. Love the stitching as well.
The Bonetto Cinturini band was a replacement for a elastic fabric strap on my blue RZE UTD 8000 watch. This band is very comfortable and the color was a nice match to the blue trim on the watch. Happy customer.
As someone who prefers the issue number print option when ordering directly from Erika's site, I would love to see more stocked options for issue numbers print straps at Holben's.
It may be a bit ridiculous to purchase a $148 strap for a $270 watch, but nothing pairs better with the 1965 Moonswatch. As with every other Erika's strap that I've purchased, there's absolutely zero regrets. Thank you to Mike and Holben's for offering an domestic option for stocked Erika's Originals straps.
After purchasing a Buzz Rickson A-11, I was hoping to find a quality vintage styled bracelet to pair with the watch. The Forstner Thin as a Dime military bracelet works perfectly with the A-11's case and is a little more robust than other A-11 bracelet options, like the Bonklip.
This purchase was my first experience with Molequin brand straps. A ready made domestic option for saffiano straps was a very welcome change as all of my previous saffiano straps have been made to order, with turnaround times of 3-4 weeks. The Caramel colored strap that I received was most similar to a saffiano strap that I had previously purchased from Monstraps. In my opinion, the Molequin saffiano leather is not quite on par with the saffiano straps that I've received from Veblenist and Delugs. The convenience of being able to purchase an in-stock strap rather than a made to order strap basically nullifies any difference in quality though. I hope that Mike continues to expand the Molequin line of straps in his store as it's a very welcome addition.
This is my third and favorite Fluco Nizza strap (previously purchased Moss and Bordeaux colors). As shown in photo, the Tan Nizza strap is a more of a "natural" suede color and not overly tan/ brown in color, which was my personal preference. The strap is a great value at $45. Significantly higher in quality than other suede straps in this price range and nearly on par with made to order suede straps that retail for twice the price.
My watch strap recently broke at the buckle so I set out for something special. My new Fluco in Horween Shell Cordovan is indeed special. My original strap was 'regular' length and after much measuring and calculations, I ordered 'short'. Dead on! My new strap fits perfectly in its center hole while the older one was near its shortest hole. In a little while I'll have me a patina from this little piece of Horse Rump. More than pleased with quality!
