This watch band was exactly what I was looking for! It looks and feels great, though it will of course still need to stand the test of time. I’m definitely interested now in picking up another watch band at some point from ColaReb.
It's not easy to find the strap I was looking for: 22mm wide, short length, with quick-release spring bars. And, of course, it should be a high-quality strap. This Colareb met my requirements and it looks great on my Sinn 6100. In particular, I like the taper from 22mm to 18mm which provides a more refined appearance. I've purchased vegan straps from Colareb before and it actually seems more durable than leather. The only negative compared to leather is that it doesn't have that nice leather smell.
This strap is exactly what I was looking for. It's even better that I can get to choose a short strap length option with quick release. The quality is excellent, it looks and feels like real leather. I bought this strap a couple of months ago and is holding up great. I'm looking to try the vegan EcoSuede strap. I'm so glad I found such a nice vegan strap for my watches.
Recently purchased the ColaReb Vegan Watch strap from Holben’s. Received in a few days. Great delivery service. The strap is soft and looks nice. Intended to use for my Seiko Solar Chronograph brown stainless steel everyday watch. Replaced the old ones with ColaReb strap, it looks very nice. You can see in the pic below. Easy to put it on with quick-release stainless steel spring bars. They got a good grip and fitted as they should. Overall greatly satisfied.
Unfortunately the 20mm quick release bar on these bands do not properly fit my 20mm Garmin Venu 2 Plus. One side on each band continually comes loose and a couple times my watch has completely fallen off due to this defect. Most of the time the watch stays on my wrist but it's incredibly annoying because one side of each band will come loose a few times every hour. It's such a bad fit that I can just pop it back in without using the quick release mechanism. Otherwise it's very nice but essentially useless to me now.

The Sustain straps use standard quick-release spring bars, but some watches, including certain Garmin models like the Venu 2 Plus, can have slightly different tolerances around the spring bar holes. That can prevent the bars from seating fully, which can lead to the kind of loosening you’re describing. In many cases, using the original Garmin spring bars or a set matched to that watch resolves it. We appreciate you pointing this out, it’s helpful for others with similar watches.
ColaReb makes amazing vegan straps, and this is no exception. It mimics leather surprisingly well; it has a nearly identical feel and texture. Even up close, it looks a lot like real leather. It's a thick yet comfortable strap that looks good with almost any watch. Since it's so close to leather, it's probably the best vegan strap for more formal watches. This will be my strap of choice for dress watches for sure.
the moment you have it in your hands, it almost weighs nothing and is super light. I personally am not a fan of cheap leather strap for some obvious reasons: they wear out and show wrinkles that look cheap and inside the strap being a different material or color. Although it's only been a few days, this one gives a nice natural wrinkle, a sign of good aging. A very high quality watch strap!
Really comfortable and handsome strap! My watch originally came with a cheap-o, stiff that split after a few wears and the loop broke off - the ColaReb instantly made my watch wearable again and look sooo much better. I love that there was a vegan option, too, and will buy one for my other watch when more come in stock.
I have a vintage watch that wouldn't look great with a plastic/metal watch band so I wanted something that resembled leather without the animal cruelty. This band was exactly what I was hoping for. My watch's lug width is 17mm, but the people at the watch store said an 18mm band would work just as well. Sure enough it worked. Will definitely recommend Holben's!

Everyone should get this impeccably crafted strap. ColaReb already has an amazing track record for the quality in all of their products, and this being a synthetic leather, it doesn't seem they cut any corners. This 100% Italian-made strap is super soft, super flexible, yet sturdy and resistant to abrasions. Up close, it has a texture and feel of real leather, and I would wager that nobody, unless told, would believe it were otherwise. The stitching is also of high quality, and I fail to see it becoming undone for any reason. If you are looking for an alternative to leather, without sacrificing quality, and maintaining the refined aesthetic, do not hesitate to pick this regal strap up.
I was looking for a high quality black leather strap for a neo-vintage piece and this fit the bill. Upon receipt I was struck by how much the vegan leather feels like calf skin leather. It looks as good as it feels. High quality strap and highly recommend. Also, no import fees by ordering from Holben’s instead of Colareb directly.
Great strap. Looks like leather, but isn't! Subtle faux 'grain' is perfectly done, as is the stitching - Italian class. Versatile mid-brown colour. Quick release spring bars, keepers, buckle, etc are well made. Fit my 17cm wrist with enough to secure the tip in the floating keeper nicely. Holben's delivery to Sydney, Australia was seamless - well done.
Holben's is one of the very few places where I was able to find a quality vegan watchband that would harmonize with my vintage Movado watch. The store offered quality merchandise at a fair price, promptly mailed to me. Mike, who I think is one of the owners, even answered an email over the weekend. I strongly recommend using Holben when looking for quality merchandise and great service.
Amazing for a vegan microfiber. But I don't think anyone could tell it's not leather. Looks great. Soft and comfortable. I'm expecting it was hold up better than leather; we'll see. Glad it comes in short, which I need. Also glad a gold buckle option was available.
i love this strap. it looks great, feels great, even smells great. i've been wearing the same victorianox watch pretty much every day for the past ten+ years, and i usually get 2-3 years out of a strap. i always find myself coming back to this one.
It looks like leather, but not quite. It feels like leather, but not quite. So it's not exactly like leather but it is a high-quality substitute. If for ethical or environmental reasons (or both) you want to avoid animal skin for your watch strap, this seems to be a perfectly fine substitute. I've only had the strap a bit more than a week so I can't speak to how well it'll age but if it holds up I'd definitely consider buying another one. Hopefully it'll come in a greater variety of styles and finishes in the future.

Very happy with the look and feel of this watch band. This is the second vegan leather strap I tried from Colareb (the other one was vegan suede) and the quality on this one is also excellent.
