Bought this for a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 (40mm silver version) and wore it every day for a couple of weeks or so. The watch has 20mm lugs, so that's the version I got. With my wrist and the size of the watch, I end up using the fourth hole from the lug.
So far, it seems sturdy and comfortable, although the buckle feels kind of flimsy. It's a rather tight fit in the lugs for this particular watch, but I was able to squeeze it in and make it fit. Maybe with time and wear, it might improve. I think it fits the watch's look well enough (depending on the watch face, of course): I hoped to make it look a bit less like a smartwatch than with the original strap, and I think it achieves that goal as well as any strap can. Don't get me wrong, it still looks very much like a tech product, but that can't really be helped due to the design Samsung chose.
Picked up an EcoSuede vegan strap to replace the stock strap on my Dan Henry 1970. It elevates the watch,
is comfortable on wrist and looks 100% like leather suede. I can't help wonder what else is possible with this
approach, croc, lizard, ostrich etc.

As of now I've worn this for several weeks and it still feels just like day one. It feels lightweight and breathable in a way that leather simply can't. A perfect summer strap for when you don't want an overly sporty look.
The title says it all. The color and finish are a perfect complement to my watch.
I'd rather give this 4.5 stars, but rounding down to 4 didn't seem fair so 5 it is.
Overall it is a great strap. Stitching is high quality, it is thin and flexible. The pile of the suede is rather low and seems like it will age well, but I have no idea as its the first vegan suede I've ever had. It is also very light and the color is accurate to the website pics.
Cons: (these are minor) It is a long strap. I have 7.25" wrists, and this is a large watch (51mm L2L) and yet I am on the 2nd or 3rd hole. The way the 1st protector ring is placed the tang of the buckle almost always gets stuck under it when I remove the watch. It also seems a little expensive, but I guess that is due to the vegan part (which I don't care about, just liked the color / style and it came recommended).
I like the strap a lot and would recommend it.
This is a great alternative to leather. The stitching is flawless. I highly recommend.
There aren't many good vegan leather watch straps out there, but this turned out to be the perfect one, even coming in odd sizes like 19mm, and with quick release tabs to boot. If you're a vegan looking for a good watch strap, or even just someone looking for a good strap in general, I'd highly recommend this. Also I was extremely pleased with the customer service from Holben's.
As a vegan who just got into watches, I'm glad that there are so many non-leather straps out there, but this strap is an especially fantastic option. It's smooth and comfortable to wear, and it has a similar texture to real leather. The light brown color pairs well with a wide variety of dials. I bought it specifically for my SNK805, and it complements the green dial nicely. The fact that it's made from a family-owned Italian business is just the cherry on top. Definitely going to get more of these EcoSuede straps!
Absolutely awesome purchase. Arrived to L.A. very quickly, and it looks/feels perfect. HOWEVER, if you have small wrists, this strap will be a problem for you. I'm in my mid 20s, but I have to wear mine on the very 1st hole, and I can easily fit 2 fingers underneath. On cold days it wiggles a lot. But aside from that, I'm satisfied with it, and have already recommended it to my coworker.
This is the best vegan suede option you will find at this price point. I was looking for a suede or nubuck strap but quickly realized they would stain and require reconditioning. I appreciate that this piece matches the look of suede without any of the worry of needing to recondition it in the future.

My 2nd ColaReb strap, 1st one in EcoSuede, and I'm even more impressed than last time. Softer, thicker, and more comfortable than I imagined, but what made me glad I finally pulled the trigger on this one is the color. It's not a color that calls attn. to itself, in fact it's the opposite. So it's great for balancing a busy dial, an earthy tone that is literally the opposite of looking at screens on a stressful day. And I feel good about the ethos that went into making it, too. Recommended.
The watch band was very soft and quite nice however the with when measured with calipers was 20.65mm to big for my watch kindof disappointing.

Leather straps can vary slightly from the stated width, but 20.65mm is outside the typical range and can cause fit issues depending on the watch. I ordered the wrong size for my watch and had to return it. Thus strap was not available for my size.
The strap it self is beautiful and had a great touch and feel. I woild not hesitate to buy this brand in the future
This is my only vegan leather strap. Really impressed with how it looks. If I didn't know it was vegan, I'd have no idea. Super soft and seems to breathe much better than leather. Really nice for those hot summer days.

Nice suede strap, good texture and stitching, soft and comfortable. Will see how durable it is in the long run since it claims to be biodegradable. I got the short size which has quick release spring bar, it would be nice if the regular size was also available as quick release.
Soft, pliable, and high quality - the strap looks and feels like suede. I would recommend this strap to anyone, and my Max Bill will live on it for as long as possible. I have only had the strap for 2 weeks, so I cannot comment on the durability, but it looks like it'll hold up well.

I’ve learned over the years to shop Holbens first for watch bands. Through Holbens I discovered the excellent German makers Eulit and Fluco. In this case, after trying a cheapo suede strap from another company, I decided to shop Holbens for one from Italian brand Colareb. It cost more, but the quality was way better. I wasn’t even looking for a vegan (artificial) leather, but I gave it a try, and the quality was impressive. How did they do it? This strap is available in a size that’s hard to find, 19mm short, which I appreciate. One of the things that drew me to Holbens in the first place was the availability of harder to find sizes. Lesson learned, I will shop Holbens first the next time I’m looking for a watch band.

After a lot of online searching I found this ColaReb EcoSuede in black.
Since it is a "suede" alternative it has a very slight "nap" to it - this is the common "fuzzy" feel on the surface of suede. The "nap" on this is very subtle so you have to really look close if you want to think of it as suede-like. Now, I like that better, as I wanted it to look a little smoother. But, if you want real prominent "nap" this might be a tiny bit smoother than you expect. Now, this is not a bad thing - in fact I like it better this way.
I was pleasantly surprised how elegant and ofrmal looking the watch was - its a perfect mid-point and could be formal or casual.
The bands feel very high quality, the hardware is very solid and the quick-releases are super nice.
