Find Your Perfect Fit
You'll need at least two measurements to choose an Artem strap that fits perfectly: the width (18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc.) and the length (short, regular or long). If you plan to swap the buckle for a different buckle or deployant clasp, you'll also need the strap/buckle taper.
Strap width
On a wristwatch, lug width determines strap size. "Lug width" refers to the distance between the two projections that hold your strap in place, as shown.
Measure your lug width using a metric ruler or a caliper. The width must be in millimeters (not inches), and it must be a whole number (18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc.). The strap size will match the lug width. If your lug width is 20mm, select a 20mm strap.
Strap length
To determine your strap length, you'll need your wrist measurement in inches.
Using a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper, wrap your wrist where your watch would naturally sit. Mark the point where the two ends meet.
If using a paper strip, use a ruler to measure it (in inches). That number is your wrist size.

Note: If you are in between sizes, go the next length up.
Strap/buckle taper
The strap/buckle taper is important information if you're swapping out the buckle. Artem's straps taper in width toward the buckle as shown:
Your buckle width matches the width at the buckle end of the strap, not the lug end.
Example:
Artem's 20mm strap tapers to 18mm at the buckle. For this strap, you would select an 18mm deployant clasp or buckle. A 20mm clasp will be too big.

This is my 3rd Artem strap and it did not disappoint.
I purchased the blue sailcloth strap with white stitching for my 38mm Omega Aqua Terra with blue dial and absolutely love it. It is very comfortable, lightweight, and easy to put on/take off. I’m a big fan of swapping straps and this is one of my top choices. The deployant clasp is secure and decent looking also. I would definitely consider purchasing other color options for other watches also.
If you are looking for a quality sail cloth strap similar to the strap on the Omega Speedmaster Moon watch, no further than the Artem loop-less strap. The quality and craftsmanship is top notch. The look and feel is excellent. I am looking forward to buying more Artem loop-less straps to expand my watch strap collection.
I've paired this with my Omega Speedmaster and it looks amazing on it. I've struggled to find a high quality sailcloth strap that is worth of my 2003 Snoopy Speedmaster. Despite opting for the quick-release spring bars, I may have found a semi-permanent strap for this watch. The Artem deployant clasp is also high quality and is reminiscent of the Omega OEM deployant clasp I have on my Seamaster. Loving the fact that Holben's is adding Artem and other brands in recent months!
