I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation

Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically after checkout and when an order ships. If you saw an order confirmation screen after checkout, your order was successfully placed.

Order confirmation emails are typically sent within a few minutes. If you haven’t received one, please check the following:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • The email address used at checkout (it may contain a typo or be different from what you thought you were using)

In most cases, the email was successfully delivered but filtered by your email provider.
