Staib 2792 Polished Stainless Steel Milanese Mesh Watch Bracelet DIVER EXTENSION

Everything I expected and more

No doubt about it, I'm a big fan of mesh bracelets!
I was looking for a bracelet with great value and high quality, and Staib was the answer!
Looks reallyyy nice on my IWC!

I wanted a delicate Milanese mesh band for my classic Frederique Constant Tourbillion which requires a totally different type of band than a sports/diver watch like Rolex or Tudor. FC does not supply any aside from the original blue leather band, so the Staib 2792 looked workable. Once attached, it actually looks quite good and does not distract from the watch itself.

I own an Omega Seamaster 300M that came with a blue rubber strap. Though I like that strap, after realizing the price of a mesh bracelet from Omega directly ($800!), I decided to shop around. Found Holbens through a Swiss watch subreddit and I’m so glad I did. The fit and finish of this mesh bracelet and smooth touch to my wrist is amazing. All this for a fraction of the branded mesh bracelet too. Will be back to get more bands soon!

Perfect mesh bracelet to go on my Seiko SRPK27 Snoopy Pilot. Has good heft and weight, the mesh itself is top notch and you can tell by looking from the side that this is a substantial mesh. There is a reason why Staib is the most highly regarded aftermarket mesh. Got the 18mm width for this watch in matte finish.

I have tried many different bracelets on my watches and so far this is the best one of all. The quality of construction, fit and feel is very high. I can highly recommend purchasing one of the Staib bracelets. You will not be disappointed. For reference, I have a 7 inch wrist and the regular length works for this Squale 1521 COSC version at its longest length. Lug hole to lug hole is about 44mm on the watch.

After purchasing a Breitling Heritage SO II I fell in love with the Milanese mesh bracelet so I wanted to retrofit a few of my older watches. After a lot of recommendations for Staib I purchased one. It was typical Deutsch build quality and very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. After the first one I have purchased two more and counting.

I've always preferred straps to the conventional metal bracelet, especially Omega bracelets. It's for that reason why I purchased my Omega Railmaster with its unique and comfortable nylon fabric strap. Given that the Railmaster is a tool watch and my daily however, I wanted to be able to wear my watch in almost all conditions besides deep-sea diving and not worry about getting the strap wet. Finding out about Staib's mesh bracelets made me really curious about how it would look on the Railmaster, which is a modern timepiece with vintage inspiration after all. Turns out, the brushed Staib mesh bracelet and Railmaster are a perfect match. The bracelet is so comfortable and not heavy whatsoever, but it balances out the weight of the case!!
