This is a solid tool and works as intended. I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve changed a band. It took a minute or two being careful not to cause any unintended damage. Worked perfectly changing the original band that came on my new Citizen Promaster Dive. I replaced that band with a very nice Bonetto Cinturini 295 Rubber Watch Strap - Black, purchased here of course. Fast shipping and fair pricing. Great spring bar tool! After struggling with a small cheapy one from Amazon, I knew I needed a solid spring bar tool if I was going to get serious about regular band swapping. The thicker knurled grip makes it much easier to manipulate and the fork is plenty strong for all manner of band swaps. Highly recommend!
It is great! Just be careful not to accidentally launch your spring bar into space after pushing the spring in! The tool is the perfect size and even has a positioning piece on the other end. It is not too sharp but also firm enough to effectively remove the spring bars from the watch attachment points. The seller communicated quickly and my order was shipped in no time. I had to cancel part of my order and the seller immediately gave me a refund for the item I cancelled and sent me the removal tool. I am satisfied with this product!

After having the Bergeon tool break on me after using it three times (admittedly I'm hard on tools) I bought this one on a whim. I have to say so far it's every bit as good as that one. I've only had it for a week, but I've used it probably ten times and it seems strong and sturdy.
