With its dense rows of small rounded scales, the Rainbow has the tight texture associated with classic lizard dress straps from the 1950s and 1960s. The semi-matte finish and tailored pattern work well with thin dress watches, polished cases and vintage watch designs.

Material & feel

The strap is crafted from Italian calfskin embossed with a tight lizard-grain pattern. The raised scales are arranged in dense rows, creating natural tonal variation across the leather. The embossing adds structure to the strap while retaining the flexibility typical of calfskin.

The underside is lined with Hirsch Softglove leather, which is hypoallergenic and comfortable against the skin. The strap is fitted with a Hirsch-branded polished stainless steel buckle.

Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, rinse briefly under lukewarm water and allow to air dry fully. Avoid prolonged soaking, cleaners or conditioners.
