I am new to purchasing from Holben's but I was desperately seeking a high quality replacement band for my Garmin Venu 3S, that I could wear in professional settings but specifically in 100% leather and in a burgundy color (which is apparently difficult to find!). I ordered the Hirsh Osiris Box Leather Watch Strap in Burgundy and it exceeded expectations. Shipping was lightening fast, price was fair for the quality, the item was exactly as described, and the leather is sturdy, smooth, and has a faint sheen (but not shiny) finish. The color is a true burgundy (not too purple, not too red) and is perfect with my suits and work wear. I've been wearing this band for awhile now and it's kept up and only grows more comfortable with wear. 10/10. I am desperate no more! If I find myself back in the market for another watch band, I would consider Holben's first!
The Osiris is more supple than Hirsch's Forest out of the box, and feels slightly thinner, giving it a classic feel. The outside leather is also feels more "slick" and has a slight shine to it, increasing the classic-ness of the strap. Feels soft and comfortable on the wrist, would definitely buy again for a dress watch.
Overall I am happy with the purchase of this strap. I needed a black dress strap in a quick manner. The delivery took about 3 days. My only small complaint is that the photo representing the strap looks like a softer luxurious leather rather than a shiny leather. I'm still happy with it though. Also it arrived with a gold colored buckle when I ordered a silver colored buckle but they sent me out another replacement buckle immediately.
Good quality and beautiful dark color. Exactly what I was looking for. A little thin, but wears comfortably and I am guessing it will also age nicely over time.
