Full grain calf leather with reinforced Coupé Franc edges.
The Heavy Calf has thick rounded padding, oversized side stitching and a broad pilot-style profile. Smooth calfskin keeps the surface clean and simple, while the bright stitching pushes the strap toward vintage Flieger and chronograph styling.
Material & feel
The strap is made from hard wearing, full grain Italian calfskin with a dense fiber structure that resists scratches and daily wear. It is generously padded, giving it substantial body and a firm hand. The edges are painted and finished using Hirsch’s Coupé Franc construction, a rembordéd edge sealed with three layers of hand applied lacquer for added durability. The surface has a semi matte sheen that limits reflection. The underside is lined with Hirsch Oysterglove Supersoft leather, which is hypoallergenic and designed for long term comfort against the skin.

Wear & care
Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, rinse briefly under lukewarm water and allow to air dry fully. Avoid prolonged soaking, cleaners or conditioners.
