Hirsch Crocograin in gold brown highlights the raised geometry of the embossed scales across its glossy surface. The tone brings out ivory and parchment dials, and on rose or yellow gold cases the result is deliberate and distinctly formal.
Defined crocodile-grain embossing in gloss calfskin, finished with a smooth Softglove lining.
Material & feel
Crocograin is crafted from calfskin embossed with a crocodile-grain pattern, producing a controlled, repeatable scale layout across the strap. The embossing process creates a defined surface while maintaining flexibility in the base leather.
The calfskin remains smooth to the touch with moderate body. The Softglove lining is hypoallergenic and designed for comfortable contact against the wrist.

Hirsch length labeling: Hirsch uses M for Short length and L for Regular length on product packaging.
Length & wrist size:
- Short: 110mm / 70mm (fits wrists approx. 6.25–7.0in)
- Regular: 120mm / 80mm (fits wrists approx. 6.75–7.75in)
If your wrist sits near the overlap between sizes, either length can work. A shorter strap reduces tail and positions the buckle more tightly, while a longer strap provides more room and tail.
Measurements exclude the buckle.
Care & wear
Water exposure: Splash resistant, suitable for light moisture such as hand washing or rain.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaning products, including leather cleaners. For heavier soiling, the strap may be briefly rinsed under running water. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to water. Dry with a soft cotton cloth or allow to air dry at room temperature. If the strap becomes damp from perspiration or heat, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
