Ballistic nylon utility straps in practical two-strap sets.
Haveston’s General Service series is perfect for a “beater” role or a simple match-and-go setup. These are straightforward ballistic nylon straps with a technical look, including unique subdued designation markings.
General Service straps are sold as pairs rather than single pieces. Set A includes black and an Admiralty-style grey, while Set B pairs olive drab with khaki. Between the two, you get a solid range of neutral tones.
Made from 1.3mm traditional ballistic nylon with a dense, durable weave. The surface is firm and slightly coarse, built for wear rather than softness. Pad-reinforced hole settings add longevity. Finished with a captive bead-blasted steel buckle.

Single-pass A2 layout reduces bulk under the case and keeps the watch closer to the wrist. It adds a layer of security if a spring bar fails. The captive buckle design removes loose hardware components. Multiple adjustment holes provide a wide fit range, and the floating keeper keeps excess strap secure. For watches with limited spring bar-to-case clearance, install bars over the strap, and consider using curved bars.

Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.
Clean with a damp cloth or hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap and rinse thoroughly. To protect designation markings, avoid machine washing and high heat. Designation markings may fade with use or repeated abrasion during installation, especially if the bar-to-case clearance is tight.
If fraying occurs (common with general nylon woven webbing), carefully remove any excess using a sharp pair of scissors, and reseal or cauterize with a heat source.
