Haveston Service Series Denison Watch Strap
- $29.00
- From Haveston, a company based in London, United Kingdom.
- Based on the British WWII Special Operations “Brush Stroke” camouflage Denison smock that was issued to British commando and parachute units.
- Introduced in 1942, the design was initially hand applied with mop-like brushes in broad pea green and dark brown strokes on a sand twill base.
- The Haveston Denison strap pattern is redrawn in-house, to adapt its characteristic brush stroke design for a longitudinal strap profile.
- Features enhanced hole settings and tail tip reinforcements.
- A2 (Alteration 2) features a single-pass layout for a streamlined wearing profile and reduced "off-wrist" height, a robust polyamide fabric weave that returns to shape, and refined dye tones.
- Sliding keeper allows easy and secure stowing of tail.
- 1.3mm heavy weave polyamide.
- 270mm (10-5/8") long, excluding buckle.
- Fits wrists 145mm - 225mm (6" - 8-1/2").
- To determine size, measure the distance (in millimeters) between the lugs of your watch.
- Includes one free pair of strong, seamless double-flange stainless steel spring bars.

High quality and great value. Per usual, Holben's has stellar customer service and fast shipping.

I'm used to buying my Nato straps on Amazon because to be honest I hate spending a lot of money on straps. With that being said, you do get what you pay for on there! The straps are generally very low quality. I did some research and fell in love with these Haveston General Service Natos l, but I didn't want to wait weeks on end to get these shipped from Haveston who are located in England.
Thankfully Holbens carried these and I got them in about two business days! The price is fairly steep at $40 for two straps, but the quality and looks are amazing!! Hands down worth the price! Thanks Holbens for being one of (if not the the only) U.S. merchant to carry this line!
Very nice construction and materials. I am realizing the single pass "nato" design is not my favorite and I wish the strap were a little longer. It is also not the best for watch cases with prominent curved lugs like the Hamilton Field Khaki as shown on.
Pretty nice quality. First single pass"nato" and I like it, just do not love it. Wish it were slightly longer. That aside, appears to be very well made with smooth weave and decent hardware. The search still continues for my grail strap option. Will still wear it though and it compliments a wide range of watches. Glycine combat sub 42 for reference...
