Haveston Canvas Flight Deck Single-Pass Watch Strap
Heavy weave canvas single-pass strap with floating keeper.
Deep navy canvas sets the tone for the Haveston Flight Deck, pulling from the darker blues used in late-1940s naval aviation, from sea camouflage to service uniforms. The color reads rich but subdued, with grey stitching adding a light contrast along the edges. Built around Haveston’s A2 single-pass layout, the design stays low and straightforward, with a chevron tail and floating keeper that reference period equipment without overcomplicating the strap.
Material & feel
The strap is made from a double-layer heavy weave cotton canvas with a dense, textured surface. At approximately 1.5mm thick, it remains flexible while maintaining enough structure to hold its shape. The hardware is stainless steel, and the floating keeper allows the tail to be secured cleanly.

Fit guidance
Haveston Canvas Series straps use a one-piece layout with a secondary floating keeper that manages excess strap length without a full fold-back. This creates a lower-profile fit than traditional military G10 layouts.

About the brand
Haveston is a British strap maker built around a clear point of reference: the kind of equipment issued to be used, not admired. Its designs draw from vintage military and industrial gear, where materials, construction, and layout were shaped by function first.
The brand takes cues from historical use across aviation, space exploration, and military service. That influence shows up in the details, from single-pass layouts to hook-and-loop closures and straightforward two-piece straps. The result is a range focused on durability, simplicity, and the same practical character found in the original equipment.
