Forstner Komfit Military Type Thin as a Dime Stainless Steel Watch Bracelet

The Military Type (a.k.a. Florentine) Komfit bracelet was one of the first Forstner bracelets employing the patented "slide band" technology that ultimately was branded the Komfit. Showcased in patent filings in the late 1930s, and marketed as "thin as a dime, completely flexible, adjustable to any wrist," the Military Type exemplifies the Komfit's core qualities. Forstner has re-created and improved this classic, comfortable and gorgeous design, which exudes vintage Art Deco charm.

Made entirely of stainless steel, the Military Type Komfit employs many of the same distinctive features as the JB Komfit mesh bracelet, including beautifully decorated spring-loaded end pieces and a unique forward-facing clasp. However, the Military Type is distinguishable by its horizontal slat design, which looks great on virtually any piece, be it dressy or sporty. Finely-woven mesh on the backside of the bracelet ensures flexibility and comfort (and prevents the dreaded hair pulling).

Sizing:

• Spring-loaded ends fit 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm and 20mm watch lugs
