Established in 1924, German strapmaker EULIT is committed to uncompromising quality. The company's watch straps are meticulously handcrafted at its headquarters in Bavaria, where skilled employees apply their expertise and attention to detail to the multi-step manufacturing process.
EULIT is perhaps best known for producing the original, unrivaled woven Perlon strap. Perlon is an extremely resistant, long-lasting material that is also lightweight, breathable, 100% waterproof and washable. EULIT has been making Perlon straps for decades, using a unique in-house-developed production method that includes a proprietary surface sealing treatment to ensure protection against soiling, moisture and perspiration while providing enhanced durability and resilience. EULIT makes the best Perlon strap you can buy, period.
EULIT's popular two-piece Palma Pacific model utilizes a coarse-mesh double-braided technique for rugged strength, exceptional flexibility and a comfortable feel on the wrist. The woven construction (no fixed sizing holes!) enables a customized fit. The Palma Pacific is available with your choice of a polished, brushed or matte black stainless steel clasp.

This is superior to the slightly less expensive and only other alternative I'm aware of for a 2 piece perlon strap. The alternative is made by Clockwork Synergy and sells for $20+ $4 shipping.
The major differences are:
Perlon Material:
The weave on the Eulit is a double wishbone weave, CS is single. The Eulit is thicker and stiffer which is a good thing for durability, ease of use, and comfort. The CS is too thin and isn't durable and is also Ia pain to get off and on. It's too floppy and doesn't keep it's shape well and therefore is difficult to insert easily in the buckle and keeper. The CS also absorbs more water and gets stinky. I also saw some significant color change in just 2-3 months of use of the CS.
Buckle and Attachment:
The buckle on the Eulit is superior in very significant and important ways. Eulit uses a full buckle while CS uses a half. This means that Eulit secures the strap better (at 2 points instead of one) which keeps it down and flat, and it helps the end stay in the keeper. CS's half buckle allows the strap to come up and easily pulls out of the keeper. In addition the CS is shorter and, on my medium size wrist, constantly came loose. In addition, because of the cheap CS buckle and thin band, I could feel the base of the pin, where it attaches to the pin, poking me. It would itch and get red.
The Eulit comes with pins installed in the strap, ready to attach no your watch. CS comes with pins in a bag that you have to push into the strap before attaching to your watch. The pins fit tightly and it's a pain to do, with risk of damage to the strap, your desk or table, and your fingers.
The pictures show the 2 bands at about 2-3 months of use. The Eulit is shown on on my wrist on my 2019 Galaxy Watch. The Eulit still looks new while the CS has lost shape and color.
All in all, there is no contest that the Eulit is a better value despite it's higher price. I am sure the Eulit will stand up to years of daily use and still look good, while the CS looks terrible after 3 months.
Hope this helps.
Spend the money and get this Eulit perlon band rather than the no name perlon bands for half the price. I've tried those cheaper ones they're just scratchy and uncomfortable. I was one of those people who thought why does it cost more? its the same thing. I was wrong. This band is smooth throughout and extremely comfortable. I'm also happy that they make this in a 2 piece rather than nato. I wish they came in more colors but I will definitely be buying 2 more for my other watches.
Holbens Fine watches and bands is an excellent company. Very fast shipping and delivery.
Very light but resistant
