The Chronissimo is one of Di-Modell’s most recognizable sport straps, and for good reason. Built as part of the Air-Ter-Mer Sport collection, it pairs a bold, padded silhouette with leather that feels far more supple than its rugged appearance suggests. Material & feel
This strap is made from full-grain calfskin with a textured, matte surface that resists shine and disguises wear over time. Despite its substantial build, the leather has a soft, broken-in feel right out of the box.
Underneath, Di-Modell’s patented Aero lining provides a smooth, hypoallergenic surface that resists moisture and helps maintain comfort during extended wear. A built-in leather buckle pad sits beneath the buckle to reduce pressure against the wrist, protect the leather from wear at the tang, and add stability on a thick strap. Di-Modell’s patented red loop anchor holds the floating keeper in place, preventing it from sliding during wear and keeping the strap tail neatly positioned for improved comfort.
Chronissimo is waterproof to 100m, making it one of the few padded leather straps suitable for regular exposure to water and perspiration without sacrificing structure.

Fit guidance
Chronissimo straps have a thick, padded profile with a firm feel when new that softens gradually with wear. Strap ends flare to 26mm at the case, giving the strap a broader fit at the lugs than standard straight-end straps.
If your wrist sits near the overlap between sizes, either length can work. A shorter strap reduces tail and positions the buckle more tightly, while a longer strap provides more room and tail.

Wear & care
Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth or rinse under lukewarm water as needed. Do not use leather cleaners or conditioners. Allow to air dry fully and do not store while damp.
