Model 270 is one of Bonetto Cinturini’s most minimal rubber designs. It has a flat, untapered profile with no visible punched holes, which gives it a clean, uninterrupted look on the wrist. Adjustment is handled through hidden perforation points that are pierced from the underside, keeping the top surface smooth and understated.
The result is a strap that feels purpose-built but visually restrained. It works especially well on tool and dive watches where you want rubber performance without the usual sporty cues or visual clutter. The 3.5mm thickness gives the strap a stable, confidence-inspiring feel without looking bulky on the wrist.

Model 270 is made from vulcanized nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), a material chosen for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to seawater and sunlight. Vulcanization uses heat and sulfur to strengthen the rubber while maintaining a supple feel, resulting in a strap that bends easily without feeling flimsy.
The surface has a smooth, matte finish that resists lint and dust more effectively than many silicone straps. On the wrist, the strap feels pliable and stable rather than soft or spongy, making it well suited for everyday wear and prolonged water use.

This is an untapered strap, meaning the width remains the same at the lug end and the buckle end for a balanced, utilitarian look.
Model 270 uses hidden adjustment points that are perforated from the underside of the strap. Once sized, the excess strap lies flat and maintains a clean appearance without visible holes.
This strap is designed for standard spring bars up to 1.5mm in diameter.

For routine care, rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap as needed. Rinse thoroughly to remove residue. Avoid solvents, petroleum-based cleaners, and abrasive materials, as these can damage the rubber. Dry with a soft cloth and allow the strap to air dry completely before wearing.
