Made in Italy from vulcanized NBR rubber. Waterproof, UV-resistant, and nonallergenic.
Model 317 is one of Bonetto Cinturini’s broader, heavier rubber strap designs. The beveled top edges and oblong sizing holes give it a more industrial look than Bonetto’s smoother or more vintage-inspired models, while the larger buckle and double keepers reinforce the substantial overall profile. It works well on larger tool and dive watches that can feel undersized on slimmer rubber straps.
Material & feel
Vulcanized nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is used for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to seawater and sunlight. The material holds its shape well while still bending smoothly around the wrist, avoiding the soft or spongy feel found in lighter rubber straps.
On the wrist, Model 317 feels secure and deliberate. The added thickness provides structure, while the beveled edges soften transitions and prevent the strap from feeling blocky. The matte surface resists lint and dust and keeps the overall appearance clean and purposeful.
Carries a light vanilla scent, typical of Italian-made vulcanized rubber.

Model 317 has oblong adjustment holes that provide a broad range of sizing adjustment, while double keepers help control excess strap length. The wide buckle tang requires slightly larger adjustment holes than standard pin buckles.

Swim ready, suitable for swimming and regular water exposure.
