Got it for my apple watch series 10 42mm (the smaller one). Lug width is 22mm for straps which is perfect. Perfect fit, no play. Happy with the quality.
The Apple Watch Adapter enables the use of any 22mm watch band with the Apple Watch. Installation is a non-event, just like installing an OEM Apple Watch band. When installed, the adapter forms a completely seamless interface between the Apple Watch and the 22mm after-market watch bands. The straps available from Apple don't always appeal to me, but with this adapter in place I can use a number of very comfortable nylon or leather bands, which I find more comfortable than the Apple Sport Band.
