The Typhoon strap from RIOS1931 is designed for pilot and tool watches that benefit from a more flexible, everyday leather strap. Made from genuine buffalo leather and finished using traditional techniques, it offers a practical balance between structure and comfort without the bulk of heavier builds.
The Typhoon favors a clean, utilitarian look that works well with larger cases while remaining easy to wear over long periods.
Material & feel
The Typhoon strap is handmade in Germany from genuine buffalo leather. Handmade saddler’s seams are used throughout. Compared to thicker buffalo straps, the Typhoon uses a more forgiving cut of leather that remains supple while still offering enough structure for daily wear. The strap is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for wearers with sensitive skin.

Wear & care
Splash only, avoid soaking and prolonged water exposure.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use leather cleaners or conditioners. Avoid prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. If damp, dry with a soft cloth and allow to air dry fully.
