Alligator-grain Italian calfskin sport strap designed for water use.
Alligator-grain calfskin with matching stitching gives the Hirsch Paul a restrained sport look that stays closer to classic leather styling than contrast-stitched designs. Built on Hirsch’s Performance hybrid construction, the strap pairs the leather exterior with a caoutchouc rubber lining that allows it to be worn in water.
Material & feel
The strap uses Italian calfskin leather with an alligator-grain surface and a semi-matte finish. A scratch-resistant treatment helps protect the leather from abrasion during regular wear.
Beneath the leather is thick natural caoutchouc rubber lining that is hypoallergenic and resistant to UV exposure and common chemicals. The lining includes molded ventilation grooves that promote airflow and help moisture evaporate more quickly during wear. This hybrid construction is water resistant to 300 meters, allowing the strap to be worn for swimming and diving.

Sizing & fit help
This padded sport strap suits divers, chronographs, and other larger watches. The underside is vented, which helps in warm conditions or extended wear.
Length & wrist size:
- Regular: 120mm / 80mm (fits wrists approx. 6.75–7.75in)
- Long: 120mm / 100mm (fits wrists approx. 7.25–8.25in)
If your wrist sits near the overlap between sizes, either length can work. A shorter strap reduces tail and positions the buckle more tightly, while a longer strap provides more room and tail.
Measurements exclude the buckle.
Hirsch length labeling: L = Regular and XL = Long on product packaging.

Wear & care
Swim ready, suitable for swimming and regular water exposure.
Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water as needed. Rinse after saltwater or chlorine and allow to air dry fully. Avoid solvents, aggressive cleaners and prolonged heat.
