Headquartered in Klagenfurt, Austria, Hirsch was established in 1765 as a leather workshop and tannery. It remains a family-owned business to this day, and continues to gain recognition for excellence and innovation in watch strap design.
Constructed from velvety soft, nubuck-finish full grain calfskin leather, the Hirsch Osiris Nubuck strap is one of our most supple straps, with no break-in period necessary. With its slim, flat profile, it's a great choice for both men and women.
One of our customers commented: "It's dressy without being stuffy." We think that perfectly sums up the Osiris Nubuck.
All of our Hirsch straps are integrated with handy quick-release spring bars. Prefer standard spring bars? Quick-release bars are easy to remove: simply slide the lever as far as you can to the left, then gently bend back the strap corner until the bar emerges from the slot.

I wanted to lighten and freshen up a Monta Noble I’ve owned for a while. Settled on the burgundy Osiris and it really sets off the white dial and the polished bezel. I also thought the burgundy color would be less susceptible to stains and visual wear than the grey. The strap breaks in immediately and weighs an incredible 6 grams. The stitching is fine and very tidy. The burgundy is a rich red wine color and will look particularly wonderful in the winter.
The color of this strap runs darker than what is shown on the product page however the name of the color is accurate. This is in fact a burgundy colored strap. It's very comfortable, light, and slim.
Hi Anthony, we appreciate your feedback on the color; thank you! We have corrected the color in the photo.
I purchased a matching set of Nodus Contrail GMTs for my wife and I but I needed to find an alternative strap for her since she has small wrists. The Osiris in short length was the perfect match. She says that it's makes you forget you're even wearing a watch because it's so comfy. The only thing I don't like is the stickiness leftover on the inside of the band after you remove the tag. It will rub off eventually and not be sticky anymore but it could've been avoided if they used a non-adhesive method for attaching the barcodes.
