Hirsch Crocograin in black features sharply defined crocodile-style embossing across a glossy calfskin surface, creating a consistent scale pattern without the irregularity of natural hide. The uniform texture frames polished steel cases cleanly and adds visible structure beside smooth black or silver dials.
Material & feel
Crocograin is crafted from calfskin embossed with a crocodile-grain pattern, producing a controlled, repeatable scale layout across the strap. The embossing process creates a defined surface while maintaining flexibility in the base leather.
The calfskin remains smooth to the touch with moderate body. The Softglove lining is hypoallergenic and designed for comfortable contact against the wrist.

This slim strap keeps the watch close to the wrist without extra bulk at the lugs. The leather is flexible from the start and breaks in quickly.
Length & wrist size:
- Short: 110mm / 70mm (fits wrists approx. 6.25–7.0in)
- Regular: 120mm / 80mm (fits wrists approx. 6.75–7.75in)
If your wrist sits near the overlap between sizes, either length can work. A shorter strap reduces tail and positions the buckle more tightly, while a longer strap provides more room and tail.
Measurements exclude the buckle.
Hirsch length labeling: M = Short and L = Regular on product packaging.

Wear & care
Can get wet, handles regular water exposure but will absorb moisture. Allow it to dry fully after use.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, rinse briefly under lukewarm water and allow to air dry fully. Avoid prolonged soaking, cleaners or conditioners.
