Fluco Pilot Leather Watch Strap - Black
A great choice for your IWC, the Pilot is a robust cowhide leather strap with a patented waterproof coating, handmade in Germany by Fluco. The linen-like structure of the embossing, along with a squared-off tail and end, gives the Pilot a distinctive look. Each edge of this strap has been painted, sanded and polished several times by hand. The lug seams are double stitched, as are the bar tacks at the buckle end. On the inside, a waterproof leather insert provides structural reinforcement. The lining leather, sourced from within Germany, is waterproof and hypoallergenic.

Pilot is a sport strap for divers, chronographs, and other larger watches. It has a flatter, less bulky fit than a heavily padded strap and wears close to the wrist.

Care & wear
Water resistant, suitable for brief exposure but not intended for swimming or prolonged contact with water.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaning products, including leather cleaners. The strap is water-resistant and can tolerate brief contact with water, but it should not be soaked or worn for prolonged water exposure. After contact with water or perspiration, dry with a soft cloth and allow to air dry completely at room temperature.

Founded in 1952, Fluco is a third-generation family-owned strap maker based in Furth im Wald in Germany’s Bavarian Forest. The company produces leather and textile watch straps in-house in Germany, works with carefully selected tanneries, and pairs its straps with German-made buckles. Fluco’s designs tend to favor clean lines and solid materials over decorative flourishes.
