Made in Italy from vulcanized NBR rubber. Waterproof, UV-resistant, and nonallergenic.
Model 270 is one of Bonetto Cinturini’s most restrained rubber designs. Its flat untapered profile and hidden underside perforations eliminate visible sizing holes, giving the strap a smooth uninterrupted surface across the wrist. Compared to more aggressive dive straps with wave patterns or oversized perforations, Model 270 keeps the focus on the watch itself while still delivering the durability and water resistance expected from NBR rubber.
Material & feel
Model 270 is made from vulcanized nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), a material chosen for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to seawater and sunlight. Vulcanization uses heat and sulfur to strengthen the rubber while maintaining a supple feel, resulting in a strap that bends easily without feeling flimsy.
The surface has a smooth, matte finish that resists lint and dust more effectively than many silicone straps. On the wrist, the strap feels pliable and stable rather than soft or spongy, making it well suited for everyday wear and prolonged water use.
Carries a light vanilla scent, typical of Italian-made vulcanized rubber.

Fit guidance
This is an untapered strap, meaning the width remains the same at the lug end and buckle end. Model 270 uses hidden adjustment points perforated from the underside of the strap. Designed for standard spring bars up to 1.5mm in diameter.

Wear & care
Swim ready, suitable for swimming and regular water exposure.
Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap as needed. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry fully. Avoid solvents, abrasives and petroleum-based cleaners.
