Very happy with the strap. I’ve a few haveston single pass straps and find all of them of a nice quality. I found this one a perfect match for this timepiece.
First time Haveston user, 25yr+ NATO user here. My strap started significantly fraying just from passing the strap through the springbar. Just the friction from the spring bar causes each sizing hole to deteriorate. The strap I received has been worn for less than 20 hours and it looks like it barely survived world war 2. I'm very surprised and disappointed that Holben's was willing to take $30 in exchange for a NATO strap like this. I've added a picture that was taken at the end of my first day of use. If you take a look at some of the pictures in the 5 star reviews, you can clearly see the edges starting to fray. The quality here doesn't exceed the $12.99 options on amazon, just include "seat belt weave" in your search and you'll see for yourself. Thanks for reading about my experience.
Haveston makes great single pass straps and the Saber is no exception. It looks great and is very comfortable.
The Haveston Carrier strap is a beautiful combination of colors and super comfortable. Easy to attach to my watch as well.
My second Haveston strap. My first was from the Corp Canvas Series, and I was so pleased with it that I came back for this one. Could not be happier. Single pass is great. Material is robust yet supple. I have several straps from other popular manufacturers, but none have the attention to detail on the hardware like Haveston does. Beautiful polishing and the stamped logo really finishes it off nicely. The 1944C canvas strap looks right at home on my Hamilton Khaki, but I'm loving this Carrier A2!
