Di-Modell Rallye Wapro Leather Watch Strap

I have an old Tissot PRC200 Quartz Chrono that I don't wear anymore but because of me my daughter's boyfriend is becoming a watch nerd. For Christmas we are going to give him the PRC but we wanted to freshen it up and my daughter chose this Rallye strap and it looks amazing. The watch has been transformed and the quality of the strap, leather, finishing, etc. has exceeded my expectations. This watch is a little tricky in that it's a 19mm lug width but DiModell and Holben had us covered with some beautiful options. This is my third strap from Holben; I continue to be impressed and I'm sure it won't be my last.

This band is really nice, quality looking band that I put on a Citizen chrono… I think it really set the watch off and it’s a much better band than the one the watch came with… Very nice soft but firm supple leather that’s very comfortable… Love the two prong polished buckle… Like the nice touch of having a tie down to keep the floating keeper in place… It’s all good and very happy to have purchased it…! 5 STARS ⭐️ Plus..!

This is the 2nd Rallaye strap that I've bought from Holbens. The 1st was a 20mm I got a few years ago and put on a chrono diver. I've used it surfing, ocean swimming, ocean fishing, fresh water swimming, hiking, yardwork, and daily life and it still looks almost new, besides shrinking 1mm in width. The 2nd is 22mm and I expect it to be as durable as the first.
Both are well made, great quality straps that won't disappoint.

It was the look I wanted. Rallye strap on PVD Heuer. Watch originally came with a bracelet, but I think the strap honors the heritage. Quality leather, built to last.

I’ve never used any waterproofed leather and this is a first. It’s pliable and works out of the envelope. I do like the loop that keeps the keeper in place. I wished they came out with more colors/options. I’d buy more for sure!

From the moment I put it on I knew that it would exceed even my most optimistic expectations.
I bought if for my vintage Wenger, but frankly, this high-quality band deserves a much better watch. How can a 4mm thick calfskin watch strap be so soft, so comfortable, yet so durable and so robust?
I waited before I submitted this review because I wanted to see how it broke in. Simply better than expected. Already it is so comfortable I keep forgetting I have a watch on at all. I was out all day yesterday in mid-90 degree heat and it did breathe better than anything I have ever had and as a "waterproof" band, it did not absorb perspiration like other quality leather bands. Just perfect.
It didn't take me long to appreciate the double-pronged buckle and the keeper anchor.
