Headquartered in Klagenfurt, Austria, Hirsch was established in 1765 as a leather workshop and tannery. It remains a family-owned business to this day, and continues to gain recognition for excellence and innovation in watch strap design.

Perfect for those with sensitive skin, the Camelgrain is constructed from naturally tanned, shrunken-grain calfskin leather with Hirsch's dermatologically-tested hypoallergenic Pro Skin coating on both the strap and the lining.

All of our Hirsch straps are integrated with handy quick-release spring bars. Prefer standard spring bars? Quick-release bars are easy to remove: simply slide the lever as far as you can to the left, then gently bend back the strap corner until the bar emerges from the slot.

Material:

  • High quality shrunken-grain calf leather
  • Pro Skin leather lining
  • Fitted with a Hirsch-branded polished stainless steel buckle

Sizing:

  • Available in 18mm, 19mm, 20mm and 22mm
  • Strap/buckle taper: 18mm/16mm, 19mm/18mm, 20mm/18mm, 22mm/20mm
  • 4.4mm thick at lug ends, tapering to 2.5mm at opposite ends
  • Regular piece length 120mm / 80mm excluding buckle; total length 7-7/8" (200mm) excluding buckle
  • Short piece length 110mm / 70mm excluding buckle; total length 7-1/8" (180mm) excluding buckle
  • Long piece length 120mm / 100mm excluding buckle; total length 8-5/8" (220mm) excluding buckle
  • Puzzled by the size labeling on your Hirsch strap or packaging? Hirsch refers to mens' strap lengths as follows: Short is "M;" Regular is "L;" Long is "XL"

Includes:

  • Integrated with stainless steel quick-release spring bars
Help with sizing
  • Inspect the underside of your current watch strap for width indicators.
  • Measure the space between your watch lugs (in millimeters) using a metric ruler.
  • Research the specifications of your watch model on the manufacturer's website.

Soft calfskin with low contrast stitching

Perfect for a dressier watch. Paired it with a deployant clasp from Artem, also from Holben's. Looks great on my Mühle Terrasport IV GMT.

EXCELLENT MATCH

I collect and restore fine 19th Century Pocket Watches. I also restore vintage wrist watches. I had a beautiful "Lord Elgin" 1950's wrist watch with 14K gold case restored to mint condition. Alas, no band was found to match the color tone, patina, or historical characteristics of this watch. That is, until I found Holben's Hirsch Pro Skin Camelgrain Honey Leather Watch Strap! 100% MATCH! I married that band to the Lord Elgin and shipped it to my Son who will receive in on Friday, July 5, 2024. What a SURPRISE he will find! I bought a Hirsch watch band from Holben. There were issues due to my jeweler giving me the wrong size for the band. Holben was very understanding in assisting with the reorder and refund for the erroneous purchase. This was a small purchase, but they dealt with it as I assume they would have handled a larger issue. I was very impressed and will utilize them in the future. Mike was especially helpful.

Excellent Strap

The premium price of this strap was completely worth it for me. It's the most comfortable and handsome strap in my collection. My smartwatch absolutely lives on this. The only small drawback is that it does sometimes leave black marks on my skin, but they wash off easily, and the band does not appear discolored. Love the quick-release spring bars, and the availability in Long length. Treat yourself to this strap, the feel on wrist is incredible.
