Headquartered in Klagenfurt, Austria, Hirsch was established in 1765 as a leather workshop and tannery. It remains a family-owned business to this day, and continues to gain recognition for excellence and innovation in watch strap design. Hirsch's popular Performance collection of classic leather and vegan materials combined with premium caoutchouc rubber is a multiple award winner.

The Ayrton Performance strap features a full-grain Italian calfskin leather upper in a perforated carbon fiber style, treated with a special scratch-resistant finish to protect against abrasion. The premium, thick caoutchouc natural rubber lining is hypoallergenic and resistant to external influences such as UV light and chemicals, and its superior groove structure ensures constant ventilation on the wrist. Ayrton is water resistant to 300m, so it can be worn for swimming and even diving.

All of our Hirsch straps are integrated with handy quick-release spring bars. Prefer standard spring bars? Quick-release bars are easy to remove: simply slide the lever as far as you can to the left, then gently bend back the strap corner until the bar emerges from the slot.

Another fine watch band from Holbens

This is most likely my 12th or 13th band from the good people at Holbens. This new one, replaced an older Hirsch Aytron band for my Damasko DSub1. I can not say enough good things about the customer service at Holbens other than they are the only strap company that I will purchase watches from. Mike and his team excel at superior customer service and prompt shipments.

Citizen Eco-Drive

I'm happy with the Hirsch Ayrton I bought a few weeks ago, and I think it will get more comfortable as it gets broken in. So, here it is on a Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium Diver with orange dial, resting on my G&L JB-5 bass guitar in Clear Orange.

Regarding the Hirsch Ayrton Performance Carbon Black Yellow Stitch Watch Strap, it, like other Hirsch Robbie style straps, it easy wearing and is comfortable. I replaced the Damasko rubber dive strap that came with my Dsub1 with the Aytron and am pleased with it - similar to the Robbie series, it is comfortable and looks good.

Perfect strap for my Damasko with red seconds hand

This is my 6th watch band purchase from Holbens and my second in this style. This one is the perfect compliment to my Damasko DA44BK for the summer. Strap is comfortable with good airflow.

WOW! Better than factory strap.

Really looks great on the Breitling Hurricane. Much better looking than yellow black factory strap. Carbon look compliments carbon polymer Breitling body. Much more comfortable too. Great strap and worth price.
