If you're looking at the Lucca golden brown strap, get it. The color doesn't fade at the flex points and instead of cracking or scuffing, it just glides through the buckle like there's a roller on it. I've never had a strap even close to this this handsome or rugged. I keep babying it when removing it, but each time it just gets softer without cracking. I'll probably get the darker one next.
I purchased this Lucca strap after receiving my Hamilton Navy Pioneer as a birthday gift from my fiancée. Even though the watch did come on a leather strap, I wanted one that would make it even more special. The strap complements the watch quite well. The richness of the color and the suppleness of the leather matches the details of the watch.
I will also wear it on a couple of other watches in my collection as the strap is quick release, but it’s primarily for the Hammy.
I enjoyed my "Lucca" watchband so much I ordered a second one in "Golden Brown"
I put it on a new Seiko5 Diver--- It definitely creates a richer package.
Beautiful watchband, fantastic leather, worth the $$$-- Color goes with any face watch-- definitely works nicely with black or creme-- Photo attached.

Thirty years ago I bought my Georg Jensen watch in Copenhagen; but in the last decade it has become extremely difficult to find high quality replacement watch bands. Local jewelers simply do not carry replacement bands. Plus, the market seems geared to only sell new watches with no concern for those of us with watches we are not about to part with. On the Internet I happened upon the Holben site. The "Hirsch Lucca Black Leather" watch band is a perfect complement to my watch! It is the best of quality, looks fantastic, and with last for a long time ... this I am sure! Furthermore, I ordered replacement posts, unaware that the Hirsch band included such posts. When I appealed to Holben's for refund on the unneeded posts, they were quick to respond and had the integrity to refund the $2.75. Thus, I am thoroughly satisfied with the folks at Holben's!
