ColaReb, a Rome-based Italian family business established in 1990, is well known for its meticulously handcrafted watch straps made in the Italian tradition of fine leatherwork. The company's hand-stitched leather and vegan straps feature distinctive treatments and are designed and made entirely and exclusively in Italy using Italian materials. Every ColaReb product is one-of-a-kind, and as with any authentically handmade artisanal creation, slight imperfections and tonal variations add to the charm and rustic appeal of each unique piece.
All ColaReb products are made with 100% hypoallergenic, water-repellent linings and hypoallergenic stainless steel buckles. ColaReb collaborates exclusively with tanneries that operate in full compliance with the European Union's REACH regulations and standards, the most restrictive in the world in terms of consumer health and safety.
The Bologna is integrated with handy quick-release spring bars. Prefer standard spring bars? Quick-release bars are easy to remove: simply slide the lever as far as you can to the left, then gently bend back the strap corner until the bar emerges from the slot.

A: We do! Many of our short-length straps are the perfect size for women.
Q: Can you suggest a strap that looks amazing with my watch?
A: Unfortunately, because the range is so vast (and personal taste is subjective), we cannot advise regarding aesthetic suitability for specific models and styles of watches.
Q: I have an Apple watch. Will any of your straps work for me?
A: Sure! Our handy Apple watch band adapters accommodate most 22mm straps.
Q: Are spring bars available?
A: Yes, for each strap that is not already integrated with quick-release spring bars, we include one free pair of strong, seamless double-flange stainless steel bars.
Q: What strap size do I need?
A: To determine your size, use a metric ruler to measure the internal distance (in millimeters) between the lugs of your watch.
Q: My Bonetto Cinturini deployant strap is too long. Can you help me shorten it?
A: Of course! See our Bonetto Cinturini sizing guide for cutting instructions.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

I purchased this watch for my Seiko SRPJ15. The subtle black accents against the grey strap look great, and I imagine would look good on any black dial watch. It is very comfortable, the standard quick release is easy to use and seems anchored well, and the clasp feels sturdy. I have a 6.5” wrist, and only the tightest option is viable for me, so if you have a similar sized wrist maybe go with the short option. The only drawback is that the strap is ever so slightly too wide (I purchased the 20mm size) by maybe a quarter of a millimeter so it takes some effort to attach to the watch, but that could just as easily be a failure on Seiko’s side for the dimensions. All in all, very happy with this strap and would purchase again from this brand.
Love the strap, especially for the money. I was pleasantly surprised by the cutout on the back allowing install/removal without a tool! Where has this feature been all my life.
Love it on my vintage Omega Constellation. My shirt is navy blue and pants are black for color reference. The stock photos were quite representative and the quality is excellent.
It is definitely a little different than the photos, but in a good way. Mine has much more of a matte appearance and a deep, dark navy color most of the time. Nice touch of visible pattern/texture to the leather. Leather itself is soft to the touch but the band has a little stiffness from the padding material. The leather does feel a little fragile, like it is a thin skin and might scratch easily. The keepers feel solid. And actually the keepers are so solid and the leather so soft that I put an abrasion in the strap just pulling it through the keepers. Overall I think this is a nice looking strap for the money and the blue is right on the money (hard to nail color at this price point). Hard to photograph the color, but I think the 2nd photo that shows the watch from the side is most accurate.
I was looking for a smooth calf or pig skin leather to dress down a formal looking watch to give it a more every day wearable look. Honestly I was tired of shiny gators and crocs and definitely tired of the Hermès style Saffiano you're starting to see on EVERY watch out there on the interwebs.
The Colareb Bologna in "brown" looked quite attractive to me since it was a smooth but unusually textured sheepskin leather that came in a good spread of colors. The brown in this case was not really a traditional brown (chocolate-y) but rather a taupe-ish brown that really sits nicely against rose gold. I didn't want TOO much of a tannish brown that would just melt in with rose gold, making things monochromatic.
What really hooked me though were the dimensions: a nice taper from lug to buckle that paired well with dress watches without overpowering the focus of the watch case. I find the taper of the 20-16 is perfect for a smaller cased watch such as 36mm-40mm and the OEM strap was almost too much (20-14). But the slam dunk was Colareb's lengths: 120-75. For me, that is THE SWEET spot! I've always found traditional 115-75 just a wee bit too short and 120-80 too long. My perfect strap lengths in a perfect world would be 120-75 or 115-80. And what do you know? Colareb offers the former! YIPPEE!!
For the price you pay for a Colareb, you're getting excellent workmanship, consistent stitching, and a product that exudes quality without gouging you in the wallet. I have surfed many, MANY strap vendors and inevitably I ALWAYS come back to Holben. The selection, prices and fast shipping are all tops. I'm a strap junkie and he's my go-to dealer.
I was hoping it would be darker like the picture on the website but it’s more of a regular grey. It’s a nice strap and still works for my watch so I am keeping it. Holbens should probably update their listing picture.
